Amalberga Winery is located just a short distance from Villa Gufo, on the other side of the contrada. Founded in 2015 by Dario De Pascale, the winery continues the passion of his grandfather for winemaking. His goal? To produce high-quality, organic, and authentic wines while reviving the Ostuni DOC.
Sustainability is at the heart of Amalberga. They honor traditional winemaking methods while protecting nature by recycling all production waste and reusing water collected in large tanks.
A key feature of this winery is its underground cellar, designed to maintain optimal aging temperatures without the need for air conditioning.
