About the Food
- Antipasti (9 small plates) is already a lot! If you order this, you don’t need to order pasta and meat right away—you can always add more later (Italians do the same, so don’t feel guilty!).
- They also serve fresh pasta, meat dishes, and other local specialties.
- Perfect for those who want to experience traditional Puglian countryside cuisine.

In the Cisternino region, to which Casalini belongs, it’s a tradition to eat directly at the butcher shop. At Braceria Macelleria Soleti, you choose your meat straight from the counter, pay by weight, and then have it grilled on the barbecue (braceria).
