Location: Torre Cintola – Capitolo, about 10 minutes from Monopoli.
Despite the name, this place has nothing to do with ancient Roman baths. Instead, these are former quarries that have been transformed by erosion and the sea into natural pools and small coves. It’s a great spot to make a short stop. You can also sunbathe and even swim here. There are many shallow areas that are sheltered from the open sea.
TIP: there are no facilities! No bars or sunbeds nearby.
